I really like my stretching strap workout equipment yoga strap. This strap is helping me to properly stretch as the strap guides me and prevents me from using it incorrectly and pulling from back. I wish they would have included a sheet with suggested exercises as i only know a couple but i am sure there are many that i am unaware of.
